Give And Take

Don't think what you will receive, but think about what you always give. Maybe somebody out there does their work and then wait for the payment. Maybe you are the one always waiting your reward if you do the best job. Doing something that makes your boss really satisfied and proud to have you as their worker.

For this situation, we can't to assume that work hard and not think about the payment is the best behavior and someone always waiting their reward is not a money person. I hate to discuss about this but I always heard about this repeatedly. "I do so much work but not get extra payment." "I just know 8-5, anything else? Just shut up" "So many work I need to settle down, anything for me?"

So many reasons

Let's have a deeper look. If you always give your best without think what will you get, and your boss always appreciate what you have done...wah..you are so lucky person. You should work hard and try to settle all your work with quality. Don't make your boss disappointed with you.

If you always do your work as best as you can unfortunately your boss doesn't give what you want, you must think others job that will hired you with the best offer. Nowadays government has done their right by set the minimum salary over workers qualified for private sector. Furthermore, KWSP and SOCSO are required with none condition. Salary increment or bonus maybe is an option, but this is the way to say thanks for your workers. Stop to say that your company doesn't get any profit. If the company doesn't make a profit, that's mean your company is bankrupt.

The most important is being a responsibility person either as a worker or employer. So no more problems will occur. And you will work with cheer and happiness.
