Shhh...it's secret

Something secret that I want to share with you...shhh...don't tell other especially guy. This secret between girl only. This time I talk about First Time.

All of you must go trough the first time feeling. First time learning, reading, traveling, and also first time menstrual. Menstrual? that I mention about period? Me too have the same feeling. But when I was kid, I feel shy about it.

I still remember when I in standard 6, some brand of pad do promotion in my school. So only girl invited to get this promotion. At first I thought may be we will get injection. But after arrive at the hall, they have show a short movie how to wear those pad. After finish all the show and talk, we got free pad with instruction. They give us a plastic bag with the brand. My friend run and hide it from boy. It's really funny when someone really shy about it. (because on that time I still doesn't have this menstrual experience)

Menstrual, U can't shy about it even to tell with your child. Just tell them what is menstrual actually and let them know how special they are after this experience. Tell them that they will grow up like other woman. They will be pretty as you. And the feeling for the boy will change too. Choose for them to wear tampons or pad. For me I will choose pad.

As we know, period will rotate every 28 days. If the period did not come as usual date, late for more than two month, you got problem. There's so many reason. Go search about it for yourself.

What do you need to do if you got the same problem? So here the tips:

1) Always bring your pad or tampon in your pouch. Because it will come any time.
2) On that time, it must be pain. So get ready your menstrual pill.(consult with your doctor first)
3) To release the pain, got something warm and put it where you feel that pain.
4) Avoid carbonate and caffeine drink.
5) Wear the comfort pad at night.
6) Sleep early for relax your body.
7) And don't mess your head with all your problem.

I only share what I feel because I also got the same problem.
