#1 to leave stress : Get Your Priorities Clear

Everyone got stress. Even the richest person has stress.

Me too have stress. Latest stresses for me now are settling all the account and send it to audit company that has been pay. My company use UBS account system to manage all the account. The problem is I don’t know how to use it. Even I try a lot but without truly guide from someone, it will be meaningless.

Last Saturday, I ask from ex-admin at my company to teach me about UBS. And I’m so lucky that she want to teach me a little bit. And finally I know about UBS. Thanks so much to her. She helps me a lot. Kak Zilah, I love you so much.

This is a picture of her baby. Even now she got baby girl, but she still come to my office for help me.



Now I still think datelines long after I left the office. Even weekend, I still think about it.

So now, I want to try this tip and also to share with all.

Tip to leave stress for today,

Get Your Priorities Clear.  
   Write down the 10 most important things you want from your  life. Then think about how your typical week. This helps you recognize that if you spend most of your time at work, you won’t have time to achieve other goals – like quality time with loved ones. 

1.Have a chit chat with my parents
2. Call my love ones
3. Planting flowers
4. Playing sport with my siblings
5. Bathing cat
6. Cooking the speacial dish
7. Play Computer games
8. Shopping without worries
9. Date with my Loved ones
10.Blogging

Start from now, I will do this top 10 important and what to do in my life every weekend. Yeahh...I will do it. Hopefully this will help.
