Take Baby Step For Exercise

I'm forgot to tell everyone that I'm now do exercise everyday except when i'm sick. For the first time, I feel the exercise is really hard and I don't want to do that again. But I must do that because I want to burn more fat from my body.

Day after day I feel healthy when I sweat for everyday. So I start my workout again for healthy reason. What I do is I cycling my bike. But do the same thing everyday is boring. So, I buy workout DVD at nearest store. I buy yoga dvd by Denise Austin. After try and try that workout, I feel glad until I did not notice that I lost about 2 kilo and my jeans is not tight any more. Furthermore, at that time my knee was injured. That's why I love yoga.
I love this DVD
Last week, I buy another workout dvd by Denise Austin, Pilates and Fitness Ball. Feel hard again, but it's okay because the result is quite good. Spot at abs, hip, bun and others.
