Meeting And Talk

Yesterday I had meeting with my president and all the committee. It's more to discussion about our upcoming General Meeting (Mesyuarat Agong). How much we will give our members dividend, what the book must look like, what the meal and how it will be representing and so much more.

What I hate about all this meeting is, all the decision is up to me. What the hell? I'm  not the important person. But I will do my best to make this upcoming meeting as the best meeting that will be remember by all the members (Positive thinking) *wink*

Yesterday, I wear gold Baju Kurung. It give me more energy to fight with all the bad idea that should not say while meeting going on. So for today, I will give some Idea and Advice if you go to the formal meeting.

Before the meeting:

1) Wear the proper clothes.

2) Bring your diary to write the important thing or date that need to remember (don't forget your pen)

3) Come 15minutes early

In the meeting room:

1) Create a simple smile but please don't overdo it.
2) When the time you need to talk, start with creative introduction to get the attention from all (no need to sing)
3) Explain it with briefly why your idea must be taken.
4) If you want to interrupt, lift your hand and say with confident.
5) If you want to disagree with someone statement, say it nicely and respect others idea.
6) Make a solution when the meeting will end.

After meeting:

1) talk as usual and be friendly
2) have a short chit chat with all the meeting members.
3) If you want to leave,shake your hand and give a friendly hug (only for guy-guy and women-women)

Different country have different way. So, what you wear on the meeting and do you have got some interesting to share?
